Balance your nervous system, to make is easier to navigate holiday stress and access joy! We all know that the holidays can be hard and just planning can be stressful. Let's prepare our bodies prior to the holiday season and make it a bit easier. 4 weeks of reseting our nervous system and setting ourselves up for success.

I’ve spent the past 35 years working with children, adolescents, and adults, guiding them in regulating their bodies and emotions—using breath as the primary tool to calm both body and mind.

Much of my experience has been in the field of education, supporting students with a wide range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation. I’ve also worked closely with educators and staff, helping them find calm and balance in the midst of challenging environments.

Discovering 9D Breathwork has been a transformative journey for me, and I’m deeply inspired to now share this powerful modality with others. I’m ready to help people feel safe in their bodies, unlock their inner strength, and step into the version of themselves they’ve always known they could be.
